Technical Principle
With the increasing complexity, thickness and path density of PCB board, as well as the decreasing aperture and path width, the traditional DC electroplating becomes more and more unsatisfactory, and it is difficult for DC electroplating technology to provide high-speed electroplating and even electroplating distribution for these products. This is mainly concentrated in the central part of the hole, that is, in the field of low current density, which leads to more copper distribution in the edge part of the hole than in the central part of the hole. The positive and negative pulse power supply regulates the aggregation and distribution of copper ions in high and low current densities through the action of pulses.
